Shipping & returns
United States: free shipping on orders over $50.00 (product total before codes) and always on the 3-Step Routine. Otherwise standard shipping is $5.99. US orders ship from inside the US.
Everywhere else: we ship from Korea to 139 countries. Shipping is worked out from the parcel weight, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates after dispatch. Orders ship within 2 business days. Import duties or taxes in your country, if any, are not included and are paid on delivery.
Not on the list? Email contact@yeolimbeauty.com and we'll quote you. Orders placed on Amazon follow Amazon's shipping and returns.
Good to know
- We can't ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Please check your address at checkout. Once an order is packed, we can't change the address or the order.
- Once tracking shows "Delivered", the package is your responsibility. If tracking hasn't moved for a while, email contact@yeolimbeauty.com.
- Deliveries can take longer during sales, launches, bad weather, carrier delays or customs checks.
Returns
Damaged, defective or wrong items: email us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we'll refund you in full, including return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are accepted for US orders within 30 days, for unused items, after you email us first; a return label fee applies. We don't offer exchanges. Full details: Refund policy.
